Alternatives
I was having trouble with my left knee by this stage so these were the alternatives to the lunges and the squats:
- Jumping jacks or Butt kicks x 40
- Abs: sit-ups and leg raises
- Push-ups x 10
Progress
27/3/20 – I went with:
- 40 Jumping Jacks (5 rounds)
- 20 Plank shoulder taps (5 rounds)
- 20 Mountain climbers (5 rounds)
- 20 Sit-ups (4 rounds)
- 20 Leg raises (3 rounds)
Time: 15 minutes.
